Here's how we solve our clues:

• Poem of 8 lines.First two lines dont mean anything.Next two lines describe one word. Same for the next 4 lines. So in the end its a 3 syllable place- Synod House
• A pyramid of letters. Two groups of people on left hand side and right hand side of pyramid. Both sides fought each other in the past. Start from top of pyramid, always move down and towards the victorious group's side. - Social Hall Covenant
• We were given a long list of names.Each name was missing one letter.By chaining together all the missing letters, we managed to find the location of our next clue, which is Dempsey tree opposite Korean BBQ.
